Organisation Management

With ServiceView's organisation management feature it's easy keeping track of who is working on what and for how long.

ServiceView's organisation managment feature will produce graphs and reports detailing the amount of members working on each service from which teams. The organisation overview report breaks all of the individual teams down to what services are looked after by the team and then by the members and their FTE percentage of time spent working on each service.

Importing and exporting people into ServiceView can be completed by uploading or downloading a spreadsheet. This will update all internal team data in ServiceView and update the organisation graphs.
