ServiceView has the ability to store standard business processes and the individual tasks for each. The tasks may be completed by different teams and using ServiceView's incident management each team will be notified when an incident will require a task to be completed. Tasks can be set up by administrators with required input and output fields to consider the task complete. When a task is completed an indicent is then moved to the job queue of the next team required to complete a task.
Task priorities can be set up which can have different targets for opening and resolving depending on the priority level of the task.
